Electrical Engineer:

Expert in Analog and Digital Electronics, Knowledge of schematics and layout tools, Hands On in the Laboratory, Proven track record of Product Development from concept to production, an Analytical set of mind, Minimum 3 years of experience, Bachelor or Masters in Electrical Engineering.

Hands on knowledge of lab tools such as oscilloscopes,  multi-meters etc. Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings, Loves to work with hands, not afraid to solder, Keeps the working area well organized.

  1. Set up and operate test equipment to evaluate the performance of developmental parts, assemblies, or systems under simulated operating conditions, and record results.
  2. Design and Assemble electrical and electronic systems and prototypes according to engineering data and knowledge of electrical principles, using hand tools and measuring instruments.
  3. Provide technical assistance and resolution when electrical or engineering problems are encountered before, during, and after construction.
  4. Build, calibrate, maintain, troubleshoot and repair electrical instruments or testing equipment.
  5. Review existing electrical engineering criteria to identify necessary revisions, deletions or amendments to outdated material.
  6. Collaborate with other electrical and mechanical engineers and other personnel to identify, define, and solve developmental problems.
  7. Conduct inspections for quality control and assurance programs, reporting findings and recommendations.

Mechanical Engineer:

Expert in 3D design and modeling and 2D drafting, Knowledge of Aluminum Die Casting, Production experience in rotating parts or machinery, Minimum 3 years of experience, Bachelor or Masters in Mechanical Engineering.

Hands on knowledge of QC tools such as callipers, micro-meters etc. Ability to read mechanical drawings and blue prints, Loves to work with hands, Keeps the working area well organised. Salary shall be commensurate with experience.

  1. Read dials and meters to determine amperage, voltage, electrical output and input at specific operating temperature to analyze parts performance.
  2. Analyze test results in relation to design or rated specifications  and test objectives, and modify or adjust equipment to meet specifications.
  3. Design and Evaluate tool drawing designs by measuring drawing dimensions and comparing with original specifications  for form and function using engineering skills.
  4. Design, Devise, fabricate, and assemble new or modified mechanical components for products such as industrial machinery or equipment, and measuring instruments.
  5. Discuss changes in design, method of manufacture and assembly, and drafting techniques and procedures with staff and coordinate corrections.
  6. Operate drill press, grinders, engine lathe, or other machines to modify parts tested or to fabricate experimental parts for testing.
  7. Review project instructions and blueprints to ascertain test specifications, procedures, and objectives, and test nature of technical problems such as redesign.
  8. Set up and conduct tests of complete units and components under operational conditions to investigate proposals for improving equipment performance.
  9. Review project instructions and specifications  to identify, modify and plan requirements fabrication, assembly and testing.
  10. Record test procedures and results, numerical and graphical data, and recommendations for changes in product or test methods.

Embedded Engineer:

Expert in micro-controllers or DSP systems (Microchip, ST, TI etc.), Expert in C, C++ and assembly programming,  Knowledge of good software implementation practices, Proven track record of product development from concept to production, minimum 3 years of experience, Bachelor or Masters in computer science or electrical engineering.

  1. Assures product quality and manufacturing  accuracy by properly using inspection equipment.
  2. Maintains product quality documentation  by keeping accurate records and files.
  3. Maintains equipment by following manufacturing  procedures and process specifications.  Reading, interpreting blueprints and geometrical tolerancing.
  4. Ensures that equipment conforms to standards by correctly reading blueprints and applicable specifications.
  5. Has knowledge in the use of all types of standard inspection measurement equipment, such as micrometers, dial bore gauges, internal and external thread gauges, use of sine plates and indicators and may perform inspection duties.
  6. Contributes to cost-effective operations by troubleshooting  equipment and obtaining quotes on new or replacement parts and/or equipment.
  7. Solves problems by working closely with customers and/or suppliers.
  8. Supports internal audits, corrective actions and root cause analysis, AS9102 and

First Article reporting.

Marketing Communication Specialist:

Will be responsible for day to day management of marketing and communication  activities (website development, content management, newsletter, featured categories, articles, etc) management of our SEO and PPC campaigns, overseeing our print, video and sound advertising, as well as developing the company’s brand and placement in the marketplace, including social media. The right candidate has at least 3 years experience in marketing, is flexible, team oriented, have solid verbal and written communication  skills, be creative, detail- oriented and analytical. Bachelors or Master’s Degree required.

The candidate will be primarily responsible for brand identity through new media, including: internet, mobile marketing, social networks, and customer relationship management.   The focus will be placed on the development of a solid sales and marketing plan including development of website, website management, management of our search engine marketing efforts, employing industry best practices and staying up-to-date on the latest PPC strategies and tactics.  In addition, you will manage internet lead generation advertising and marketing efforts through social media networks while executing our “remarketing campaigns”.

Requirements:

Customer Service Specialist:

The right candidate will be responsible for day to day management of customer service and sales activities (customer development, customer management, customer service, etc). He or she will also be responsible for the management of our sales and customer database, coordinating our print, video and sound advertising with marketing etc. The right candidate has at least 3 years experience in customer service, is flexible, team oriented, have solid verbal

and written communication  skills, be creative, detail-oriented  and analytical. Bachelors or Master’s Degree, highly experienced candidate.

The candidate will be primarily responsible for customer relationship management.   The focus will be placed on the development of a solid customer service plan including development of customer development and management, management of our sales efforts, employing industry best practices and staying up-to-date on the latest customer service strategies and tactics.  In addition, you will manage internet lead generation advertising and sales efforts.
